Finances
In clubs and other organisations, events are often not properly or fully accounted for. The person responsible for finances then has to chase reports that always come in very different formats. In EVAGIC, you can maintain simple accounting for each event, consisting of income and expenses. At the end, you can download the entire accounting as a ZIP file and send it to your finance officer.
Important: accounting in EVAGIC has three phases: budgeting, booking phase, and completed accounting. During the budgeting phase, all expected income and expenses are listed. Once the budget is set, you can end this phase and move to the booking phase. There, you can record all bookings for the event. To give you a clear picture at any time of how successful your event is, each account allows you to enter a current estimate of income or expenses. The difference between the budgeted value and the most recent estimate then shows whether you are likely to finish better or worse than budgeted.
